Welcome to Potter Place, Tiki Construction's NEWEST home construction project in The Comox Valley !
Potter's Place is a small and personal enclave set amid the Valley's natural beauty will have it all - mature trees, two ponds, mountain views and more.
Lot sizes range from approximately 6900 sq ft to 7300 sq ft.
Select your home design from one of Tiki's 5 unique models starting in the low 400,000's. Optionally we will work with the customer to design a home that is suitable to the lot and the customer's requirements. With our design rendering sofware, designs can be seen completed with various options and finishes.
