Our large kitchens are a dream to work in featuring raised eating bars, tile back splashes, crown moldings and under the counter lighting.
Hardwood flooring is standard in great rooms and entry with ceramic tile in bathrooms, kitchen and utility rooms. Bedrooms are spacious with a walk in closet in the master.
Our ensuite bathrooms are pure luxury with heated tile floors, seamless glass showers, soaker tubs, duel sinks and full width mirrors. Our main bathrooms feature tile floors, tile showers and matching tile walls for the tub.
Utility rooms off the kitchen house laundry, with washer and dryer on a raised platform a cupboard above for laundry supplies and a deep stainless sink with a lower cabinet. A closet for outdoor clothes and a tiled floor adds to the ease of maintenance of our houses.
A heat pump serves all your heating and cooling needs.
The structure is high quality sheeted with Tyvek wrap to provided a moisture barrier. All framing is 16" on centre. Roof and exterior walls are sheeted with 1\2 plywood. We use superior grade dimensional lumber for all the framing. Houses are finished with no maintenance Hardi Plank siding. Insulated finished double garages, and doors with auto openers are standard.
